Helps with an element’s display conditions (the settings panel’s conditions mode). Opens a blank, ready-to-choose condition when an element has none yet (it is removed again if you leave without touching it), gives every condition field a proper screen-reader label, makes the multi-value pickers keyboard-operable, and marks elements that carry conditions: a dot on the conditions button and on their Navigator rows, announced to screen readers.
